Sydney Exercise Physiology has started its newest group training session. Being referred to as “The Tough Guy Sessions”, these sessions have been designed with the aim to improve fitness, increase strength, accelerate metabolism and help with weight control, all the while testing your limits. They provide a physical challenge but at the same time, are lots of fun. The sessions use training tools that will challenge your strength, fitness, balance, and your will like dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bars, bands, ropes, cyclone balls, straps, rings, clubbells, sandbags, water bags and your body weight. Mix in some strongman training and there is plenty of stimulus for the body to improve.

And they’re not just for tough guys either. “Tough girls” are welcomed… in fact, they are encouraged! The “Tough Girls” that are training with us love it too. If you are looking for a training session that will help you either tone up, lose some weight or challenge you physically, look no further and all levels of fitness can be catered for.
